Since its inception in 1984, Home-Kim Group(the parent company of Home-Guard Windows) has adhered to this philosophy and grown from its origins as a one-man shop operated out of a garage to one of the largest contractors in The Washington, D.C. metropolitain area. Home-Kim installs siding and roofing products, and manufactures its own vinyl Home-Guard Windows.
With its integrated manufacturing and installation operations, Home-Kim saves builders time and money by eliminating the need to coordinate several subcontrators. In 1997, Home-Guard Windows expanded its window manufacturing facility from 30,000 sqft to 130,000 sqft and now since October of 2007 we opened a 75,000 sqft new office in Charleston, SC due to the demand for its quality windows and excellent service.
